We’re having the same issue but am not using any transport rules on the Exchange server itself. There currently exists a bug storerdv.deliver the transport based disclaimer feature which can result in this. I did enable pipeline tracing and the only hint of an error that I see is: I don’t know what that error means.

Henrik, do you have any more info on the RU this will be on? Messagw an IT pro? But this is the problem we are facing some times the mail is reaching users ,sometimes notwe check the antivirus and we disable the antivirus in client machines but the problem is not resolving.

Yes the issue most frequently occurs when Exchange users email other Exchange users. It looks like some kind of internal issue. Anyone have any ideas on how to resolve this issue? Once all mailboxes were moved to a single corrypt, the issue was resolved.

Hi Allen, I disable the disclaimer rule and do not have more this problem. As I told you I have never seen that error before. I am getting the error message 5. Most of the online KBs and articles I see about this issue say to install update rollup 7 for Exchange SP3, but we have that and are up to update rollup 13 installed and still the issue is not resolved. The message from the server may look something like this: Microsoft Exchange will not try to redeliver this message for you.
