EGGtoberfest: A Must Do
It was so great meeting some of my Instagram friends in person including tshelburn and jackarnold John Hall from eggtobercest North Georgia Eggers. Upon arriving at the Stone Mountain, Georgia location we could tell this was indeed a major event. Walking up to the tent we find Chris Capell prepping this huge hunk of meat Beef Clod that he will smoke over night in prep for the festival Saturday.
It was a pleasure getting to meet them and taste all of their wonderful creations. The tremendous enthusiasm generated by EGGtoberfest has resulted in a growing number of regional EGGfests held throughout the country.
Ray has wggtoberfest been a rscipes fan of the ceramic green cooking machine, and after seeing how versatile the unit really is, we can see why. We cannot wait to go again next year! It was such a great EGGsperience meeting people in person who I have come to know online. The Annual EGGtoberfest has grown to a fun-filled weekend celebration where more than EGGs are fired up by new and experienced EGGheads to feed the enthusiastic crowd of over people. This team of Chefs from Europe were here on a mission… to cook some of the best food you will ever eat from the Big Green Egg!
