For the most part, I was able to follow the authors’ as they told their individual health stories, explained how heart disease has been mistreated, talked about good and bad LDL and HDL in a way that I understood what they were saying. The book states that the purpose of these changes is to obtain and maintain idyllic health so that an individual can extend his or her life as long as possible. Putting an end to human aging is now becoming a reality, and immortality is no longer just a dream.


Overall, I’m glad that I bought the book and look forward to more fine writing from Kurzweil et al.
